Returns Eligibility:
You may return most products purchased from ENXH.COM within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Initiating A Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at as*********@gm***.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please ensure to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, when requesting a return.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the item.
If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount paid for the item (minus shipping). The money will be returned via your original payment method.

Exchanges:
